Verifiable experience

Portfolio

Public projects include evidence that can be checked. Experience that cannot be publicly associated with a project is presented separately, in anonymized form and without confidential information.

Public Visual Studio Code extension

EF Core Commander

A panel for discovering Entity Framework Core projects and running common migration and database commands.

The problem

Working with Entity Framework Core often means repeatedly switching to a terminal, selecting the correct projects and remembering parameters for dotnet ef commands.

The solution

The extension discovers project context and provides controlled access to common commands from a Visual Studio Code panel, using the .NET tools installed in the developer's environment.

What you can verify

The source code, documentation, tests and delivery process are public on GitHub, and the extension is available in Visual Studio Marketplace.

  • Discovers Entity Framework Core projects, contexts, migrations and connection sources
  • Runs common migration, script and database commands
  • Keeps local history and removes connection secrets from stored data

Reporting and data integration

From manual data collection to digitalization

A process based on manually completed forms, Excel transcription and successive aggregation was transformed into a web application for collecting and centralizing data.

The need

Data was entered manually on predefined forms, then transcribed and aggregated in Excel. Tracking information and quickly identifying problems were difficult.

My contribution

I covered the full journey: identifying and analyzing the problem, discussing the solution with the people involved, development, testing, introduction into use, documentation, support and subsequent improvements.

The solution

The application collected data and aggregated information available from other systems. Reports could be viewed for different time intervals, while indicators measured against thresholds were highlighted with colors to make situations requiring attention easier to notice.

The outcome

The solution reduced manual work, improved traceability and accelerated problem identification.

Request and order management

From custom requests to a complete digital workflow

A platform that brings custom requests, calculation, quoting, confirmations, execution, documents and communication into one workflow.

The need

A custom request moves through several decisions and stages. Information about configuration, price, agreements, documents and work status needed to stay together and remain traceable without losing context.

My contribution

I contributed to the analysis, architecture and incremental development of the platform, from customer and administration workflows to calculation, documents, communication, testing, documentation and continuous improvements.

The solution

The platform provides a space for submitting and following requests, together with tools for calculation, quoting, confirmations, preparation for execution and completion. Document revisions, communications and important actions remain in the history, while specialized operations can be handled in a controlled way by a desktop application.

The outcome

Information is centralized, decisions and documents are easier to trace, and the customer and the people handling the work use one coherent workflow from request to completion.
