How I Work
A pragmatic, client-friendly agile process focused on transparency, predictable delivery, and paying only for what brings value.
Initial contact and fit check
You reach out by email or phone with a short summary of your needs. I evaluate whether I’m the right person for the job. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll gladly point you toward a more suitable service—because the right match matters.
Proposal and/or contract
If needed, I send a clear proposal and/or a business contract for e‑signature. We exchange and finalize it remotely via email—simple and efficient.
Iteration planning and estimation
We work in iterations (preferably 1 week; 2 weeks possible). At the start of each iteration we have a free 30‑minute meeting to capture requirements. I break work into tasks with time estimates and plan them across iterations. If a task exceeds its estimate, the extra time needed to finish it is free of charge.
Iterative work and time tracking
I implement the planned tasks and track worked hours precisely. Research within my areas of expertise is not billed. If a task requires paid services, tools, or significant learning, I will notify you about the costs and billable time as soon as I know.
Iteration review and next plan
At the end of the iteration, I present what was delivered and the billed hours. You accept or reject based on our initial plan. Then I preview the next iteration’s focus (the backlog). After my initial 30‑minute presentation, any extra meeting time is billed as IT consulting. You can adjust requirements at this stage.
Billing and invoicing
Invoicing occurs monthly or as agreed in the contract. For some requests, if the work fits within a shorter time frame, the workflow is adapted and communicated for best cost‑efficiency. We can also work on a project basis with monthly or per‑project payments when appropriate.
Simple, client‑friendly agile
The methodology is intentionally simple so non‑technical clients can follow along confidently. You see the plan, the progress, and the outcome—paying for value delivered while keeping change welcome, not a roadblock.
Get in touchA clear and reliable way of working
From first contact to delivery, I keep communication practical, transparent, and focused on business value for small to medium projects.
Clear scope before implementation
I define objectives, deliverables, and priorities early so you know what to expect.
Transparent progress
You get regular updates and realistic timelines, without technical noise or surprises.
Practical support
Typical response time is within one business day, with direct communication and actionable next steps.
